Authorized use
Use Settlens only against systems you own or are expressly authorized to assess. Active testing requires written authorization and a traceable reference.
No guarantee
Reports provide security and conformance observations, not a guarantee that a system is secure, available or legally compliant.
Prohibited use
Do not access systems without permission, send payment authorizations, bypass controls or process unlawful content.
Commercial terms
Paid pilots, service levels, liability, intellectual property and data processing terms require a separate written agreement with the operating entity.
